Colleen Whelpley

Whelpley is a journalism sophomore with a minor in political science from Coppell, TX. As a freshman at the university, she spent most of her free time interning at OU Nightly, the student run newscast. As a senior in high school, Colleen spent time on the set of Extra as well as at the offices of tmz.com. She plans to stay an active team member of OU Nightly and eventually produce shows. Her post-college goals are to produce either evening news or a daytime talk show.
