Sheridan Samples

Samples, of Duncan, Oklahoma, is a public relations senior. She is a member of PRSSA and currently in her second year as an intern in the University of Oklahoma Athletics Media Relations Office. Sheridan is the Women's Tennis Sports Information Director responsible for press releases, feature stories and the Women's Tennis Media Guide. She has worked with ESPN and Fox Sports Network as a stage manager and stat crew runner.

Sheridan is an active campus leader who has been involved with Campus Activities Council as a two year member of the OU High School Leadership Conference Executive Committee and as the 2005 Mom’s weekend sponsorship chair. She is also a President's Leadership Class alumna and a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. In Kappa she has served on the membership committee, standards committee, scholarship committee and as the New Member Chair.

After graduation, Sheridan hopes to work in public relations and event planning.
