Gaylord students visit Europe or Asia to gain first hand exposure to the global advertising environment in major international agencies. Students visiting Asia will go to Singapore and Hong Kong, two very fast paced cities. Technology in Asia is growing at a faster rate, understanding marketing in Asia will put you ahead of the rest. Students who visit Europe will go to Budapest, Vienna (or Frankfurt or Paris), and London. The British have taken over world leadership of advertising creativity. As a result, we will try to visit the most creative agencies in town. Students in both cities will gain valuable skills that will follow them through their careers. For more information visit the International Advertising Web page.

Students receive a first hand examination of the challenges of writing about distant places and different cultures. For more information visit the Travel Writing page.
