Welcome to Gaylord College
The college's goal is to provide students with the most effective training and preparation possible for careers in every facet of the mass communication industry. This education includes conceptual courses in journalism history, ethics, public opinion, communication law, public relations and advertising; various delivery systems, including print and broadcast; and craft courses in gathering, writing, editing and processing information.

In addition to the five undergraduate majors, the Gaylord College also offers an advanced graduate program offering three degrees.
