National Scholars: Supports a program that ranks OU in the nation’s top universities for recruiting outstanding students and keeps Oklahoma’s brightest scholars in the state.

Alumni Scholars Program: A retention scholarship that greatly assists sophomore, junior, and senior students who come to OU on a freshman recruitment scholarship or who hit their “academic stride” after they reach OU. Alumni Scholarship recipients correspond with scholarship sponsors.

Henderson Scholars Program: The program provides four-year scholarships for direct-from-high-school students whose diverse interests, skills and backgrounds contribute to an enriched educational environment at OU. Students receive a financial helping hand and connect with a network of mentors to help them adjust to college life and stay on the path to graduation and achievement.

Fund for Needy Students: These special scholarships can save a college career when students encounter catastrophic financial difficulties, such as the illness or death of a parent or unexpected guardianship of a sibling.

Financial Aid Success Story Scholarship: This unique scholarship is given based on financial need and the power of the required essay in which students explain how financial aid has contributed to their success.
