You can certainly reach your goal of becoming a Sooner largely because President David L. Boren is committed to keeping the door of opportunity open for all qualified students. Even though OU’s tuition and fees remain near the bottom of the Big 12, OU’s Campaign for Scholarships has allowed the university to double new scholarships for students in the last five years.

How To Apply
Step 1 - Application
Freshman:
Apply for all general freshman scholarships at OU by completing our online scholarship process, which is part of the admission application. February 1 is the deadline to apply for these scholarships.
Transfer:
The general transfer scholarship application is also part of the admission application. March 1 is the deadline for these scholarships.
Step 2 - Update
A week after your admission to OU and after your OUNet account has been set up, you will be able to login to our secure web-based scholarship updates system. This will allow you to update or add to the scholarship responses you submitted within your admission/scholarship application.
Follow These Steps:
---
If you have not set up your OUNet account, click here to learn how to activate your account.
Once your OUNet account is activated, sign in to oZone with your OUNet ID and password, and then choose "Scholarship Update for Incoming Fall 2013 Freshman and Transfer Students" in the "Welcome Future Sooners" box on the right.
You can continue to update your responses until the Feb. 1 scholarship deadline (March 1 for transfer students). Please note that submitting your responses will finalize your application.
If you click "Submit Application" you will not be able to modify any of your responses. If you click "Save & Logout" you will be able to return and make changes. On Feb. 1 (March 1 for transfer students), all remaining applications where "Submit Application" has not been clicked will be automatically submitted.
