I traveled to Arcadia, Okla., with several friends to go to a family-owned restaurant and gas station called Pops. After finally hiking up the hill that was high school, life begins to pick up speed. Picking up speed is really the only way I can describe my first few weeks at college. My planner has become my best friend, with a graphing calculator and Latin dictionary securely fastened to the back of it.
