T-Shirts
            With the design finalized, Matt will ensure we get the design in the proper formatting before sending it to Hard Edge and/or checking with University Silkscreen.  Lee will check with Dr. Sluss about funding, and we’ll send the final design to Dr. Sluss, UOSA, and Sarah in Student Affairs.

Tinker Tour
            HKN would like to conduct an on-site tour of Tinker AFB sometime in November.  We would meet at LNC in the morning and take a shuttle to Tinker.  Details will be worked out in the coming weeks

Fall Initiation
            The initiation letters still need to be completed, and we will integrate the November general meeting on the 7th with the information session.  Dr. Crain offered the use of his printer to print the envelopes, and we have reserved Anadarko on the 7th after 5:00 pm.  We still need to reserve a room in the union and catering for (tentatively) Thursday, November 29 at 6:00 pm.
