Upcoming General Meeting
            The upcoming meeting (September 5) is in the final stages of preparation.  Matt and Christina will be picking up drinks and about six pizzas.  Dr. Crane is going to check with the ECE office about borrowing a projector, and Adam will check about a secondary key for accessing the kitchen/back room in Willoughby.  Flyers were generously posted by Christina, Matt, and Adam.

Ice Cream Fundraiser
            The likelihood of partnering with E-Club for selling ice cream is now looking doubtful due to their unreasonable demands.  Adam will email Sue Mobley to determine alternate locations to set up a booth (the Engineering Lab lawn and the Engineering court/fountain were suggested).

T-Shirts
            The t-shirt design plan is advancing.  Anyone who wishes to go with Lee to Hard Edge tomorrow (August 31) should contact Lee – he will also send out an email reminder for a meeting time and place.  Right now the plan is for two shirt colors: a navy and a dark brown.  Matt’s point of contact for design has been unreachable, so a simple block letter design will most likely be used.
