Upcoming General Meeting

National Instruments
National Instruments will be presenting to HKN and IEEE members on Wednesday, September 19, 2007 in the Anadarko Room in Carson.  We’re estimating a headcount of about thirty.  NI will be presenting on R&D and Emerging Technology.

Missing Certificates
            Matt is going to contact Greg Sammer who should have information on the missing certificates.  Christina will print out the check duplicates from the bank for member verification, and Ryan will build an Excel table to contain all the information.

T-Shirts
            A design has been drafted for ECE shirts, and we will present it to Hard Edge for a quote.

Miscellany
            Next week we will begin prepping for the Fall induction.  We will need to get a list of eligible members, send out letters, and choose a date for the induction ceremony.
