T-Shirts
            Matt’s contact came through with a warmly received design, and Matt will now contact him about color options to decide what would look best on the shirts.  We again have a goal of next Friday, October 5, to present to Hard-Edge for printing.  They should be ready by the November general meeting.

General Meeting
            The next general meeting is October 3, and OG+E will be presenting to HKN and IEEE.  IEEE has taken care of most of the planning, so we do not need to arrange for any food or refreshments.

Fall Initiation
            Planning for the fall initiation will begin next week by preparing the mailings.  James will check with Derek in the ECE office to see about getting ECE envelopes and letterhead.  The letters should mail out by October 18, with the ceremony taking place around dead week.

Miscellany
            The HKN annual report will be coming due soon, so we will begin discussing that at the next meeting.  Also, Lee is interested in starting a monthly ECE newsletter featuring professor interviews and such.
