Upcoming General Meeting

OG+E wants to give a presentation for HKN/IEEE members sometime soon on.  We plan on finalizing the email list in hopes of increasing our attendance for next month’s general meeting.  Matt will correspond with other companies to see if they would like to give similar presentations.

UOSA Information Session
            UOSA is holding an information session to answer student organizations’ questions.  We would like to pose a few questions about setting up mass email and about getting a higher budgetary grant.

T-Shirts
            In order to get the T-Shirt idea moving, we would like to have a design by next Friday to present to Hard Edge.

Miscellany
            IEEE will have a booth set up at the Shell Fall Festival tomorrow, September 7.  Stop by to say hello or man the booth.
