Guide for Reviewing Plans for Evaluating Student Learning

 

For the Evaluation Plan by _______________ , answer the following questions in writing.

1. How many different KINDS of evaluation modes [e.g., paper/pencil tests, performance tests, journaling, group tests, etc.] have been provided?
