FERPA
Our ability to answer questions about specific cases is limited by federal law. The Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) [20 U.S.C. § 1232(g)] generally prohibits the release of a student’s educational information, including any documents associated with an admonition or academic misconduct charge against the student by the University of Oklahoma, without the student’s consent. A form used to permit the release of this information can be found here.
