Check-in Process

Every new and transfer international student (F-1 and J-1 degree-seeking students) is required to report to the OU ISS office upon arrival in Norman and must bring the following documents:

• Passport
• Visa
• I-94
• I-20

Students may wish to bring one clear copy of each of their immigration documents to give to the OU ISS office to speed up the check-in process.

Students must also complete the Personal Data Sheet and sign the J-1/F-1 Student Responsibilities Sheet.

J-1 short-term exchange students and student researchers must check in with the Education Abroad Office.

CESL students must check in with the OU CESL office.
