Document Processing Time

The normal document processing time for all student requests (updated I-20s and DS2019s, travel signatures, letters, and so on) is 10 business days. Plan ahead, especially during peak travel seasons such as spring, summer, and winter breaks; our office typically provides advising and documentation for up to 500 students in advance of winter break and summer break.


Appointments

You may schedule an appointment with an international student adviser during our regular office hours. Many questions can be answered on a walk-in basis during our regular office hours. Our office is closed to the public from noon to 1:00 p.m. each day for the lunch hour, and every morning from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. for document processing and staff meetings.
