Change of Address

If you are a new international student and need to report your new US address to our office, or if you are a continuing international student and have moved, under US federal immigration regulations you must update your address with our office within ten days of the move. Send us an e-mail with your name, OU ID, and new address.

If you are subject to Special Registration (this will be indicated on your I-20 or DS2019 and/or your I-94 card as FIN# with a number) and in your initial, one-year period of OPT, you must also complete and submit Form AR-11 in the US mail, following the instructions on the form. This form is available on the USCIS webiste here under Forms.
