The University of Oklahoma (OU) Financial Aid Services

Cleo Cross Scholarship
Ten to fifteen need-based scholarships are available for students who have attended OU all of the previous year as a full time student and are currently enrolled full time.

Former Exchange Student Scholarship

The Former Exchange Student Scholarship will be given to a student who attended OU as a reciprocal exchange student from a partner university and is currently a degree-seeking student at The University of Oklahoma.

Greenberg Scholarship

Thanks to Scandinavia, Inc. of New York offers scholarships to Scandinavian students from Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

International Advisory Committee (IAC) International Student Emergency Relief Scholarship

One to two need-based scholarships are offered each year. Applicants must have documented financial need arising as a result of unforeseen circumstances. Applicants must be graduating within 3 semesters.  WE ARE CURRENTLY ACCEPTING APLICATIONS FOR THIS SCHOLARSHIP FOR THE FALL 2008 SEMESTER.  THE DEADLINE TO APPLY IS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 3 BY 5:00 P.M.

International Leadership Class (ILC)

Ten or more merit-based scholarships offered through the Center for Student Life for academically outstanding international students who show potential for leadership growth. ILC members must maintain full-time status and are required to attend class functions throughout the year. Students will receive a partial out-of-state fee waiver for two semesters. International Leadership Class (ILC) Scholarship and International Leadership Class (ILC) Adviser Scholarship.

Paul and Rose Sharp Scholarship
This is a scholarship established by former OU President and his wife, Dr. Paul Sharp and Mrs. Rose Sharp, to recognize outstanding international student based on academic excellence and service to the University community. This scholarship is given to one student each spring term. Finalists may be interviewed.

Ronnie Irani International Student Leadership Scholarship
This scholarship is directed towards a graduate or undergraduate international student who has demonstrated leadership in various areas.

Sue Williams Service Award and Scholarship
The Sue Williams Service Award is a service-based scholarship and is awarded to the student who demonstrates service to the community and dedication to intercultural understanding through Friends to International Students (FIS).

Yoshi & Koko Sasaki Scholarship
A $500 scholarship for each of two recipients established by Dr. and Mrs. Sasaki. The purpose of this scholarship is to recognize Japanese students with outstanding academic achievement and those who are involved in inter-cultural activities that benefit the University and the City of Norman.

Adell & Hancock
Open to international students currently studying at a US university or US students engaging in a study aborad program during the next academic year.
