OU LEAD Team is a peer Leadership Education And Development team. LEAD Team students serve as facilitators of icebreakers and teambuilding exercises and as ambassadors for the Center of Leadership Development and Volunteerism. NEED TO REQUEST LEAD TEAM FOR TEAMBUILDING FACILITATION? If you are interested in having LEAD Team facilitate a session for your organization, complete the LEAD Team request form and submit it to Kari J. Dawkins, OMU 249, at least 2 weeks in advance to assist in the scheduling process.
