Children Rules
If a child has celebrated their 2nd birthday and will occupy a seat then they will need a ticket. Babies in arms are free. Certain performances have reduced ticket prices for children. Please contact the Ticket Office for more information regarding these tickets.
Concession Stands
There are a total of 12 fixed concession stands on the two levels. Operated by Aramark Entertainment, the stands offer hotdogs, nachos, popcorn, pretzels, candy, coffee, fountain drinks and bottled water. No outside food or beverages are allowed in the arena unless approved prior to each event. Third party vendors also sell products in the Lloyd Noble Center. A University of Oklahoma policy prohibits the sale of alcohol.
Doors Open
The Lloyd Noble Center opens the doors to events 1 ½ hours prior to the beginning of each performance. Doors open times may vary from event to event.
Elevator
For the convenience of patrons and guests with disabilities, the Lloyd Noble Center has an elevator located at the south end. The elevator allows easy access to all levels.
Entrances and Exits
There are two entrances located on each side of the building, for a total of eight different entrances on the upper concourse. The entrances are also used as exits from the upper concourse. In addition, there is one exit on each side of the building, from the lower concourse, for a total of twelve exits.
Guest Relations Office
The Guest Relations Office is located along the main concourse in the east lobby at the main entrance. This personal service center operates from 1 ½ hours before each event begins until one hour after the event ends. Here, guests may obtain information and assistance, as well as offer suggestions and receive help with any problems that may occur during a visit to the Lloyd Noble Center.
Lost and Found
Lost and found items should be taken to the Guest Relations Office. After each event, all items collected are stored for safekeeping by Lloyd Noble Center personnel. To claim a lost article, persons should visit the Guest Relations Office or call (405) 325-4666.
Parking
The Lloyd Noble Center has over 3,500 lighted parking spaces and is patrolled by the University of Oklahoma Police Department on a regular basis. Select this link for more information and a location map.
Prohibitions
NO food or drinks are permitted in the arena. NO audio or video recorders are permitted in the arena. NO smoking is permitted in the arena. NO guns, knives, projectiles, alcoholic beverages, drugs, coolers, or pets (except animal assistance companions) are allowed in the arena. Ticket stub and pass out slip is required for re-entry. ALL laws governing the State of Oklahoma, City of Norman, and University of Oklahoma are strictly enforced in the arena and on arena grounds. For safety and maintenance reasons, the Lloyd Noble Center prohibits the use of confetti, glass containers, helium filled balloons, and the dispensing of stickers inside the arena.
Restrooms, Water Fountains, and Telephones
Spacious restrooms, water fountains, and telephones are located on all seating levels of the Lloyd Noble Center. Diaper changing areas are available in both women's and men's restrooms. For assistance in locating any of these contact an usher or security guard or come to the Guest Relations Office.
Smoking
The University of Oklahoma is a smoke free environment.
Special Services
The Lloyd Noble Center has been built to provide easy access for everyone, including patrons with disabilities. Information regarding accessible parking, equal access seating, elevators, and wheelchair availability may be obtained at the Guest Relations Office or by calling (405) 325-4666.
Stairway
A stairway is located in the west lobby on the south end for easy accessibility to all levels.
Seating and Section Names
The Lloyd Noble Center has two main seating areas consisting of Upper and Lower Levels each divided into East, North, West and South sides. There are entrances and exit for each area of seating with disability access.
Still Photography, Television Filming and Video Recording
Photography or reproduction in any form is prohibited unless approved prior to each event. A restricted area for media is located midway between the upper and lower concourse on the west side for filming. The use of flash photography and laser lights is prohibited in the Lloyd Noble Center.
Wheelchair Seating
The Lloyd Noble Center has seating for patrons in wheelchairs in the lower level at the top of sections LE3, LE4, LN4, LN5, LW3 and LW4. In addition, spaces have been included to allow patrons in wheelchairs to sit with friends or family members. In certain locations, this seating may be on folding chairs obtained from an usher or the Guest Relations Office. The Lloyd Noble Center also features access to specially designed restrooms and assistance at ticket windows and concession stands.
Disability access and accommodations are available in all areas of the Lloyd Noble Center.
