LNC Facility Information

 

Production Office - The Lloyd Noble Center has a large production office equipped with two standard phone lines for local calls. Long distance and extra lines can be added upon request.

 

Clinton Lounge - The Clinton Lounge, used for receptions, meetings, and dinners, can seat 60 comfortably for a meal or 130 for a meeting or lecture. The 1,500 square foot Lounge is equipped with a preparatory kitchen and men's and women's restrooms. TV and VCR are available upon request. The Lounge may be entered from the east entrance south lobby or directly from the upper east concourse.

 

Deliveries - Equipment and materials can easily be loaded or unloaded at the elevator near the base of the south ramp. Carts are available upon request.

 

Electrical Supply - The Lloyd Noble Center has ample power for any event. The permanent power supply consists of a 600 amp service 3 phase 120-208 volt and a 400 amp service 3 phase 120-208 volt. An additional 400 amp service 3 phase and two 200 amp service 3 phase, all 120-208 volt, can be added for a total 1,800 amp service 3 phase 120-208 volt.

 

Lighting - The concourse lighting at the Lloyd Noble Center is all fluorescent fixtures. These lights are controlled separately and can be on without interfering with an event. The floor lighting is made up of quartz and metal halides which provides excellent coverage for television and other media. The seating area is lit by quartz lights and is automated on a dimmer system. The lights can be adjusted depending on the needs for each event. The Center also has four Super Trooper Long Through Xenon spotlights by which can be positioned in many different areas throughout the building to meet event requirements.

 

Outside Services - The Lloyd Noble Center has a list of dependable outside contractors consisting of catering, security, stagehands, riggers, merchandise auditors and sellers, special effects, pyrotechnic, audio/visual, lighting, sound, decorations and supplies. An additional list of area hotels, restaurants, radio stations, television stations newspapers is also available. The LNC can provide estimates of price for outside contracts at any time.

 

Seating - There are 11,205 permanent seats at the Lloyd Noble Center on two levels, an upper level and a lower level. Each level is divided into north, west, south and east. Most seats are red plastic measuring 17 inches in width. The seating on the east in the upper and lower levels is cushioned theater style seats. Additional seats can be placed on the arena floor, the number varying with each event. Stage size, performance area, and production requirements limit the amount of floor seating. Size - The arena floor area is approximately 18,000 square feet round and is concrete. The main concourse area is 22,534 square feet and 1/5 of a mile round. The ceiling is 51 feet above the arena floor.

 

Sound System - The Lloyd Noble Center features a professional quality sound reinforcement system to clearly communicate events in the arena. Recently upgraded, this system provides a full range of sound throughout the building. The primary speaker system is centralized and an integral part of the scoreboard while a delay system on the outer perimeter assures excellent sound in the upper seating areas. This system will handle even the most demanding events. A sound technician is on staff to assure the sound for each event is the best quality available.

 

Special Services - The Lloyd Noble Center has been built to provide easy access for everyone, including patrons with disabilities. Information regarding accessible parking, equal access seating, elevators, and wheelchair availability may be obtained at the Guest Relations Office or by calling (405) 325-4666.

 

Staging - The house stage of the Lloyd Noble Center measures 40 feet by 60 feet by 40 inches. The area of the stage can range from 48 square feet to 2,400 square feet. It is made up of 6 by 8 feet sections that can be arranged in many different configurations to customize each performance.

 

Truck Dock - A ramp of gradual slope from the south parking lot to the arena floor allows easy access for loading and unloading. The main ramp is 355 feet long and 21 feet wide. A roll-up door (14 feet wide and 19 feet tall) allows large trucks to enter the arena. Outside the roll-up door is an additional delivery dock (60 feet long and 10 feet wide) equipped with an hydraulic lift (5 feet by 6 feet) that allows for easy loading and unloading of equipment and materials.

 

Seating and Section Names - The Lloyd Noble Center has two main seating areas consisting of Upper and Lower Levels each divided into East, North, West and South sides. There are entrances and exit for each area of seating with disability access.

 

Message Display and Scoreboards - The message display and scoreboard system at the Lloyd Noble Center is operated by a network of control computers designed to produce the most comprehensive statistics package and animation.
