Conference Registration

Registration is required of all participants.

Pre-Registration

Pre-Registration by Check

Registration is not expected of the General Public or Students who are not on the program.  Members of the General Public and Students who are not on the program may purchase meals by using one of the pre-registration forms above and listing themselves as Non-Participants.

We must receive your payment for meals by September 25.
                                 (the hotel needs a head count)

Registration at the Conference

After Sept. 14, 2009, registration will be $45.00 for Faculty and $25 for Independent Scholars
