Lancer D. Stevens

Since November of 2001 Lancer D. Stephens has been employed at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center as Director of the Special Populations Unit for the General Clinical Research Center. He encourages Tribal nations to participate
in research and incorporates Tribes to actively participate in determining what research will be conducted at their facilities.
