A Solemn Walk to Honor Sandy Hook Elementary School

Members of the Oklahoma Educational Studies Association invite the community to join us in "A Solemn Walk to Honor Sandy Hook Elementary School" on Monday, December 17.  Our walk will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the parking lot of McKinley Elementary School on Brooks and Flood and proceed in silence to the belfry on the east-facing entrance to the Jeanine Rainbolt College of Education's Collings Hall.  As a symbolic gesture, some of us plan to bring candles and light them there in the darkness.  Please join us if you are able.
