The Oklahoma Deaf-Blind Technical Assistance Project is a statewide service authorized under the Individuals with Disabilities Educational Act (IDEA).The projects goal is to improve the quality of educational sevices available to Oklahoma's infants, toddlers, children and youth with deaf-blindness. This is accomplished through person-centered approaches focusing on building the capacity of local teams and fostering self-determination of the individuals with deaf-blindness.
