Oklahoma Deaf-Blind Technical Assistance Project (OKDBTAP) is a statewide service grant. OKDBTAP is awarded to The University of Oklahoma from the United States Department of Education – Office Special Education Programs. The Project provides technical assistance, workshops, and support services to educational professionals and families of children with deaf-blindness. Anyone may contact OKDBTAP for additional information or to refer a child with deaf-blindness.
