On the Norman Campus, the OneCard is issued at the OneCard Office in the Student Union, room 127. A driver's license, military ID card, or passport must be presented. The cost of the first student ID card is $15. Replacement Student ID cards cost $15. The card is valid for the entire period that the student attends the University.

Faculty and Staff must also show some other type of ID (driver's license, military ID, or passport). There is no cost for the first Faculty or Staff ID. Replacement Faculty/Staff IDs cost $15.

On the Health Sciences Center Campus, the OneCard Office is located in room 118D in the Services Center Building. A driver's license, military ID card or passport must be presented.
