Enterprise Departments
The Department of Architectural and Engineering Services (A&E Services) provides professional and administrative services required to direct the planning, design and construction of new and renovated physical facilities at the University of Oklahoma. Services are performed by in-house professional staff or are provided through the management of architectural and engineering consultants. The department administers planning, design and construction for the three main campuses in Norman, Oklahoma City (Health Sciences Center), and Tulsa (the Schusterman Center).

Parking and Transportation Services strives to make parking and transportation on and around campus easier for students, faculty, staff and visitors. To acheive this goal, mulitple parking lots and garages are located around the Norman Campus, a campus bike share program provides easy on-campus transportation, the Cleveland Area Rapid Transit (CART) system provides bus services to and from campus and Fleet Services provides vehicles for faculty, staff and student travel to organized and sanctioned university functions.

Real Estate Operations is responsible for the management, leasing, development, acquisition and disposition of property as well as administration and management of contracts such as vending, bookstore services, child care facility operations and manages the University’s record retention.
