Text Box:  If using the serpentine for the “Carving Station” start and end at opposite corners, leaving the center open.

Text Box: This table curves on both sides of the length of the table, which requires some adjustment.  Here we use at least three pleats to make the tablecloth adjust to the curve.  If we did not do this, the cloth would pooch out on the smaller curved side and cause the skirt to stick out.
Put clips on each of the pleats on both sides of the table to stabilize the pleats.  Smooth pleats down so that they will lay flat.
