1. Introduction of special guests and presentations
   • Krystal Hamm from Big Brothers/Big Sisters
   • Janet Corley from Center for Children and Families was unable to attend due to scheduling conflict, Nancy will be mailing their check to them
2. President's Comments - Cathy Brister
   • Shanika has taken another job on campus; her last day at the Staff Senate office was November 15
3. Approval of November Minutes
4. Treasurer's Report - Nancy Matthews
5. Staff Senate Report - Sandi Emond
6. Old Business
   • Bingo – Ideas for a location
7. New Business
   • Move date of January meeting to the 10th; if approved, our next meeting will be in the Sooner Room of the OMU
   • Secret Santa – Child Welfare Unit – see letter; do we want to participate this year? If so, need a volunteer to call and get a child/s name. Also, need volunteers to go shopping.
     
8. Announcements – Bonny would like all OSC Reps, Staff Senate Reps, and officers to retake pictures for the website; Also, Bonny has redesigned the OSC website – Thank you Bonny for all your hard work!
