Congratulations, Mike Ritchie of Oklahoma City Community College and Nic Cejda of Norman High School! 

Ritchie and Cejda will travel together to Chongqing, China for the Chinese Bridge Speech Contest, Oct. 16-30, 2009, where they will compete against students from other countries.
