ORA's database management system will be "under construction" over the next 18 months as we transition from ACCESS to PeopleSoft's Grants Suite of modules. This transition will involve converting our data fields into the PeopleSoft environment. Another very labor intensive part of the process will be retooling the ORA office so that we most accurately and effectively use the modules, while ensuring that information can be accessed and extracted by users who rely on our office for information.
This transition will utilize many of ORA's already limited resources; however, the transition and change is necessary in order for ORA to better serve the HSC campus.
We appreciate your patience during this transition period.
