The University of Oklahoma Staff Week is a week long celebration, designated by the Regents, President Boren and The City of Norman, honoring university staff for their many contributions both on and off campus. Staff Week is a fun way to recognize and promote the hard work and dedication of OU staff. The Staff Week Committee along with Staff Senate, prepares months in advance to make the event a great time for OU staff. To gain entrance into each event, staff simply present their OU ID at the door.
OU Staff Week is April 20 through April 24, 2015 and this year's theme is
“OU Staff: 125 Years of Excellence” submitted by Corey Helms.

All logo entries must be received no later than Friday, December 8, 2014.
Please email them to email@example.com or mail through campus mail to Tamarra Grayson/OKESC, CPM (BOB Building), 300 Kellogg. All materials submitted become the property of the University of Oklahoma. OU reserves the right to reproduce and publish any entry to promote staff week.
Rules for submission:
1. Contest is open only to OU staff and employees.
2. Each entry may be submitted either electronically or by campus mail. If submitted by email, it must be in either a .jpg format or a .pdf format. File size must not exceed 1 MB. Those submissions larger than 1 MB will not be considered for the contest.
3. All entries must be in black and white only.
4. Entries must not include or be a copyrighted logo. Entries using trademarked University of Oklahoma images are subject to approval by the university.
5. Limit one per person.
Remember: Deadline for LOGO entries is December 8, 2014.
