OU STAFF WEEK
CALL FOR LOGOS FOR THE 2010 OU STAFF WEEK!
All logo entries must be received no later than Friday, December 4, 2009. Please email them to oustaffweek@ou.edu or mail through campus mail to A. Startz, Ellison Hall, Room 323. All materials submitted becomes the property of the University of Oklahoma. OU reserves the right to reproduce and publish any entry to promote staff week.
The 2010 Staff Week Theme is "OU Staff: Sooner State of Mind," submitted by Paul Arcaroli.
OU Staff Week is scheduled for April 26 through April 30, 2010. The logo will be used to promote the activities that week. It will appear on various printed material and may be used on the Staff Week t-shirts. Remember, the logo design must incorporate the theme.
Rules for submission:
1. Contest is open only to OU staff and employees.
2. Each entry may be submitted either electronically or by campus mail. If submitted by email, it must be in either a .jpg format or a .pdf format. File size must not exceed 1 MB. Those submissions larger than 1 MB will not be considered for the contest.
3. All entries must be in black and white only.
4. Entries must not include or be a copyrighted logo. Entries using trademarked University of Oklahoma images are subject to approval by the university.
5. Limit one per person.
Deadline for entries is December 4, 2009
STAFF WEEK THEME CONTEST WINNER!
Thank you for your submission for the 2010 OU Staff Week theme. We received nearly 60 entries, and it was difficult to select only one. However, the committee selected the theme submitted by Paul Arcaroli “OU Staff: Sooner State of Mind” for the 2010 theme. Congratulations, Paul!
STAFF DENIM SHIRTS ON SALE. SALE EXTENDED!!!
The profits from the shirts that are sold will be used to purchase Staff Week door prizes and will help defray the cost of some activities. Please support your OU Staff Week by purchasing a shirt. This fall we will be offering a 100% cotton (will shrink when dried) denim shirt with the OU logo and STAFF embroidered above the pocket. The shirt will be light blue and offered in Men’s and Women’s sizes. The women’s shirts do not have pockets. To order your shirt(s), please complete the order form below and return it with your check or money order, made payable to The University of Oklahoma; Pickup/delivery arrangements will be made through e-mail or phone notification. Deadline November 20, 2009 by 5:00 p.m. This second order of shirts will not be in until after Thanksgiving, just in time for a Holiday Gift.
