Citations must be appealed within fourteen (14) calendar days of issuance or the right of appeal is waived. Citations not paid or appealed within 14 calendar days are subject to an additional $5 "late payment" charge. Sustained appeals will be charged a $5 sustain fee in addition to any late charges. To file an appeal, complete this form and include all the pertinent information, as it will be necessary for an accurate and timely ruling. Fields marked "required" are mandatory for appeal processing. Sending this appeal waives your right to appeal this citation by personal appearance at a later date. If you want to personally appear before the Student Traffic Court do not complete this form. Go to the Parking Office at 731 Elm Avenue, Robertson Hall, Rm. 311 within fourteen (14) calendar days from the issuance of the citation and complete the appeals paperwork. You will be assigned a court date to appear in person.
