ELM AVENUE PARKING FACILITY
The Elm Avenue Parking Facility is a 5-level parking structure located south of Catlett Music Center. All university established rules and regulations apply. Questions regarding the operation of this facility should be directed to:

Permits are required to park in the Elm Avenue Parking Facility Monday through Friday. The facility has 576 parking spaces with the first level being reserved parking Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. There are 16 physical disability spaces available with four spaces on each level. A Physical Disability permit and an OU permit are required to park in these spaces.
Commuter and faculty/staff permits are valid on levels two through five. These permits are not valid on the first level Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 10:30 p.m.
Housing, Sooner Housing and Priority Housing permits are not valid until 4 p.m.
Evening permits are not valid until 3:30 p.m.
Vehicles are not to be left overnight. This facility is not to be used for vehicle storage.
The first level is reserved parking only. You must have a permit with "RESERVED" on the face of the permit before you are valid to park on the first level. Reserved permits are $889 per year and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Those parking on the first level without a reserved permit will be issued a $35 ticket and may be subject to impoundment. Physical disability permits are valid on the first level in the marked physical disability spaces only.
HOURLY PARKING
Hourly parking is available on the first ramp. All meters have 4 hour maximum time limits.

OKLAHOMA MEMORIAL UNION PARKING CENTER
Oklahoma Memorial Union Parking Center is owned and operated by the Oklahoma Memorial Union and is not subject to University permit requirements. Questions regarding the operation of this facility should be directed to the union business office.

ASP AVENUE PARKING FACILITY
The Asp Avenue Facility is a six-level parking structure located just west of the stadium. All university established rules and regulations apply. Questions regarding the operation of this facility should be directed to:

Permits are required to park in the Asp Avenue Parking Facility Monday through Friday. The facility has 724 parking spaces with the 2nd level, west side being reserved parking Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. There are 16 physical disability spaces available with four spaces on each level. A physical disability permit and an OU permit are required to park in these spaces.
Faculty/staff permits are valid on level three and part of four while commuter permits are valid on part of level four through six and are signed appropriately. These permits are not valid on the second level, west side, which is reserved Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 10:30 p.m.
