Permits are required to park on the University of Oklahoma Norman campus from 7 a.m. until 9 p.m., Monday through Friday. Permits may be purchased in Robertson Hall, Rm. 311, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Student parking permit cost is $195 for the Fall & Spring semesters.

Students who have purchased permits may be due a credit on the unused portion if the permit is returned prior to the expiration date. Fees are prorated monthly.

The vehicle operator is responsible for reading and abiding by all posted signs and/or other parking control devices.

All parking permit restrictions are applicable during exam weeks, enrollment periods, and unscheduled class cancellations.

Resident students south of Lindsey Street are restricted from parking on main campus (except in the Duck Pond lot (MP4) from 6 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Sooner Housing resident students are allowed to park in the Sooner Housing lot and the Duck Pond lot but are restricted from parking in all other areas of main campus from 6 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Student permitted vehicles may park in faculty/staff lots (except 24 hour reserved lots) only as follows:

• Weekdays from 4 p.m. to 7 a.m. in most gated lots.
• All day Saturday and Sundays unless posted otherwise.

Inoperable or raised gates do not negate the permit restrictions in designated faculty/staff areas during the hours of enforcement.

Student parking areas are not enforced for permit restrictions during intercession periods. Faculty/staff, visitor, customer service, and service areas are, however, still enforced.

Student parking permits are not valid in the following areas:

• North (Parrington) Oval prior to 5 p.m.
• Service vehicle areas south of Lindsey
• Service vehicle areas north of Lindsey prior to 5 p.m.
• Any "No Parking" area
• Visitor parking prior to 5 p.m.
