Any person doing business on campus must display a current vendor permit on the dashboard of any vehicle parked on campus.

Permits are required to park on the University of Oklahoma Norman campus from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Vendor permits are valid only in the following areas;

• Any service vehicle area
• Any student parking area
• Any faculty/staff parking area
• Visitor or customer service area (Meters must be paid)

Vendor permits are not valid in the following area;

• North (Parrington) Oval prior to 5pm
• Any "No Parking" area

Vendors who are also students must purchase a student permit for class times. Vendor permits are not valid during student class time and the student may be cited if displaying a vendor permit while in class.
