Great News!
On March 29th the State of Oklahoma released the OK-W-4 tax form. University employees are now able to claim different withholding allowances for their OK taxes than for Federal tax withholdings.
In order to do so you will need to complete the form below and return it to the Payroll and Employee Services department.
