This online catalog provides the listings of the currently available materials in the archive. Please call or email the curator or archives assistant for additional information regarding these materials or for assistance with your search.

Candidate spot advertisements are arranged alphabetically according to the candidate's last name. Each entry consists of the candidate's last name, first name, election year, office, state, candidate's party, the title of the spot and a length code followed by identification and location numbers. The spots of each candidate are grouped by election year and office. In each entry, political offices, states, the candidate's party, and spot lengths are abbreviated by the use of codes. The listings of ballot initiative and issue ads are divided into state and national levels and arranged by election year.

A Note about duplicate and bracketed titles: This listing includes the known duplicate titles in the holdings; also, those titles listed in square brackets could potentially be duplicates of each other or other non-bracketed titles. The titles listed in square brackets were generated by the archive’s catalogers, not by the spots’ producer.
