Breea Clark is originally from Wichita, Kansas, where she graduated with her B.A. in Political Science from Wichita State University in 2005. Before receiving her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2008, she started working for the University’s Office of the Provost on the main campus and was instrumental in the creation of the Office of Academic Integrity Programs. As the current Director of the JCPenney Leadership Center, she advises the JCPenney Leadership Program and teaches leadership courses and Passport to Success workshops.

On campus, she has served on the University’s Legal Panel, Speakers Bureau and as an interim Pre-Law Club Advisor. She currently serves on the Committee on Discrimination and Harassment, the OU Suit Up Fundraising Committee and is a member of the 2018-19 OU Leadership Council class. In the Norman community, she has served on the Norman City Council since 2016 representing Ward 6 in NE Norman. She currently serves on the City of Norman’s Legislative Committee and the Community Planning & Transportation Committee, and she is the chairwoman for the Oversight Committee. She also serves on the Oklahoma Municipal League’s Legislative Committee, is a member of the 2018-19 Oklahoma Municipal League’s Community Leadership Development class and is currently the President & Founder of the Norman Eastside Business Association.
