Aaron Burt

Aaron Burt’s research area is broadly in asset pricing, with a focus on how information diffusion contributes to financial market efficiency. His current work explores the effects that discrete information networks have on the co-movement of stock returns. He previously worked in corporate finance at Cisco Systems, Inc. and as a design engineer at Intel Corporation. He holds a Ph.D. in finance from the University of Washington, as well as an M.B.A. and a bachelor’s of science in computer engineering from Brigham Young University.
