Management and International Business

The goal of the Division of Management and International Business is to train students to make strategic contributions to organizations through critical thinking and mastery of fundamental concepts. Also, the practical work experience of our faculty is a dynamic strength in our department, lending itself to an application oriented, integrative core approach to the classroom.

Our faculty are active in research plus have publications in leading academic and practitioner-oriented journals in the areas of Human Resources Management, International Business, Organizational Behavior, Social/Environmental Issues in Business, and Strategic Management.
