Alexis Downs graduated from St. Louis University with a Ph.D. in Business Administration. She is a CPA and graduated from OU with a Master of Accountancy degree; she also graduated from the University of Tulsa with a Master of Taxation degree. Her teaching and research interests are interdisciplinary. Specifically, she enjoys the intersection of strategic management and taxation.
