Stephanie Timmermeyer

Stephanie R. Timmermeyer serves as Vice President, EHSR and Supply Chain for Gulfport Energy. She most recently served as a Director on the Board of Alpha Natural Resources after serving as the Vice President – Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) for Williams Companies and for Access Midstream. Prior to joining Access, Ms. Timmermeyer worked for Chesapeake Energy Corporation as the Director of Federal Regulatory Affairs.

Earlier in her career, she was appointed to two terms as Cabinet Secretary for the West Virginia Department for Environmental where she also served as the director of the Division of Air Quality Protection. Ms. Timmermeyer worked as an attorney in Charleston, W.Va., after earning her law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law. Prior to law school, she worked as a forester for a public utility and as an environmental consultant. Ms. Timmermeyer graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in forestry and earned a Master of Science in environmental science from Marshall University.

She is currently teaching as an adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma for the Price College of Business and the College of Law.
