Wes Crews has a wide range of entrepreneurial and large company experience in online information SaaS-based businesses. He has served as CEO at three internet information and software companies, directly led or was COO in fundraising efforts ranging from $23M to $170M from venture capital and private equity firms, and has sold three business generating substantial shareholder return.

Currently, Crews is CEO of TRC Healthcare, an online and SaaS business delivering

the latest information on prescription drugs and continuing education to pharmacists, technicians, and physicians. The company has contracts with the largest retail pharmacy chains in the U.S., including CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, and Walmart, as well as more than 1,200 hospitals.

Prior to his current role, Crews served as chief operating officer of HealthGrades, where he led the strategic planning and execution of the company’s growth objectives and initiatives. HealthGrades is the leading hospital ratings company and maintains the largest online physician and provider search website in the U.S., with over 100 million annual unique visitors to the site.

He has led turnarounds for companies that range in size from small business ($20M) to mid-size businesses ($150M). Additionally, he has extensive merger and acquisition experience, which includes leading due diligence and integration plans for 15 acquisitions (Thomson, OnTargetjobs, HealthGrades, and Therapeutic Research Center, for example), with over $300M in acquisition funding.
