Bailey Wilton joined Bain as an associate consultant in 2017 after serving as an intern during the summer of 2016. She has worked on cases in airlines, technology, and oil & gas industries, as well as in Bain’s Private Equity consulting practice. Her functional experience includes go-to-market strategy, growth strategy and procurement.
Wilton graduated summa cum laude from the University of Oklahoma in 2017 with a BBA in Economics & Finance. While at OU, she worked on four I-CCEW projects, including two semesters as OFA team leader and as a consultant for an international project with a Nepali home health startup.
