Joshua Phillips is the Managing Partner at TerraMar Capital LLC. Before joining TerraMar Capital, Phillips was the Managing Partner of Peninsula Pacific Strategic Partners LLC, a Partner and founding member at Aurora Resurgence, a Principal at American Capital Strategies and worked in the Investment Banking Department of Jefferies & Company, where he executed high yield bond offering, restructuring assignments and distressed merger and acquisition engagements from middle-market companies. Phillips has focused on both control equity investments and debt financings for middle-market companies and has served on numerous boards of directors of portfolio companies.
Phillips received a MA in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
