The cycle for the month of March is from April 17th to May 16th. The last day accounting changes for this cycle can be made before they are downloaded to the financial system is 5:00 PM on Thursday, May 22nd.

If grant department numbers are used on charges, please be sure to use an account code that has an expense budget established within PeopleSoft. This will eliminate many manual entries currently being made to reflect account codes on sponsored program charges. If you have any questions about how to verify if an expense budget has been established in PeopleSoft, contact Susan Strout at 325-4937.

Tip of the Month

The new cutoff dates through calendar year 2008 are now available. Remember that the dates listed as cycle dates are the dates that transaction can post on or in between.

The cutoff date is the date that those transactions must be reconciled by. Please note that the cycle dates are the same, but the cutoff dates are different for the two campuses.
