1) Q: What is the class and item section that is listed on my inventory printout?
A: The class and item is the OU Tag Number for that specific item.
2) Q: What is the C Bldg. NBR. Section that is listed on my inventory printout?
A: The "C" stands for Campus. Most Departments will have a "M" for Main Campus. There is also
a "N" for North Campus, and a "S" for South Campus. The "NBR" stands for the Building
Number that is designated for each specific building.
3) Q: What is the Source Section that is listed on my inventory printout?
A: The Source is the Purchase Order Number for that specific item.
4) Q: What is the Acquisition Date that is listed on my inventory printout?
A: The Acquisition Date is the date an item was purchased.

A: Tuesdays: 11:30 AM - 4:00 PM Only.

A: Go South on Jenkins to Constitution. Make a left on Constitution
and go 4 blocks to Monitor. Make a right on Monitor and go to the
next stop sign which is Monitor and Congress. When you pass the stop
sign, we are the second warehouse on the left. Our address is 2927 S.
Monitor, Building 111.
8) Q: How can I pay for the items in the Surplus Store?
A: We accept Cash, Money Order, Check (with proper identification), and
Purchase Order.
9) Q: If I am needing a Surplus Store item for a University Department do I
have to pay for the item?
A: No, we do not charge University Departments for relocating items
back to their Department.
10) Q: How do I know which items are for Sales in the Surplus Store?
A: All items that have a yellow lot card are for Sale.
11) Q: Who is the Surplus Store Open To?
A: The Surplus Store is open to the General Public.
12) Q: When can I view the items that are for Sale in the Surplus Store?
A: Viewing is allowed to the General Public on Tuesday's 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM

A: Yes, on the West Side of our building.

A: No, all items are as is. No refunds or exchanges. We recommend
you test all electronic equipment before purchasing.

A: No, EIRS Inventories Items that are $500.00 or greater in value.
